What happen to Eevee? Mini, Ninja, Transparent Eevee reported

Many players reported bugs of Mini Eevee, Ninja Eevee, and Transparent Eevee. Here are screenshots of those Eevees in Pokemon Go.

Everyone loves Eevee because it is pretty cute and easily evolves into Vaporen, one of the strongest Pokemon in Pokemon Go. However, Eevee change its form sometimes in Pokemon Go. Here are screenshots of bugs cause Eevee problems.

What happened to Eevee!?

The screenshots above shows Eevee, but it gets into pieces. Some players commented about it as the followings:

Eevee is dead.
LOL
It is in the process of transforming Pokemon into candy.
This is what exaclty happen to Pokemon after sent to Prof. Willow. The Professor try to change Eevee into candy.

Mini Eevee

Players noticed that the size of Eevee is very small on the map display. It seems to happen frequently. Few players reported a bug of other mini Pokemon, but many saw mini Eevee.

It is obvious that the Eevee is pretty small relative to the Slowpoke.

Mini Bulbasaur

Bulbasaur also gets its size small.

Transparent Eevee

Players encountered a wild Eevee but they could not see it (the word "Eevee" was on the display though). Even though the Eevee was transparent, it was caught successfully.

Ninja Eevee

Eevee acquired one of Ninja Techniques finally. When players met an Eevee, the Pokemon hung from the ceiling like Ninja (or it looks like as headstanding).
