Articuno is one of the three legend-birds Pokemon as well as Zapdos and Moltres. It appears in the 1st Pokemon game series (green/red). It has multiple types: ice and flying.
It should be. There is a space for the legendary Pokemon in Pokedex. However, no one have seen it and Niantic have not announced anything about it so far.
I am not sure what is the real. However, since the smash-hit app, Pokemon Go, launched, there are so many fake or hacking video (like the one catching a wild Mewtwo). Therefore, this one is not reliable maybe although more information needed.
