Here are things you should know about defending and holding gyms.

During gym battles, your defenders are controlled by the AI.
Moves should be selected based on their power and accuracy rather than DPS.

1. Dragonite

Dragonite is already famous for its higher stats in Pokemon Go, and many players bring Dragonite to challenge gyms. Also, it is one of the best defenders. Recommended fast move is Dragon Breath, and charge move is Dragon Claw.
